A fully transparent, legally binding, and secure journey designed to lift the financial management burden off parents' shoulders so they can focus on their child.
Our process is strictly governed by the Donation Campaign and Fund Management Agreement to ensure 100% security for both families and donors.
The process begins with the parents or legal guardians applying to the foundation. Upon review, both parties sign a detailed, trilingual (Dutch, English, Turkish) "Donation Campaign and Fund Management Agreement" and a "Family Consent Form". This legally binds the foundation to manage the funds exclusively for the child's medical needs.
Once the agreements are signed, the foundation opens a specific sub-account connected to our main foundation bank account. All public donations are directed strictly to this unique IBAN, ensuring complete financial isolation from other campaigns.
When the target is reached, or when medical equipment is needed, the foundation executes payments directly to the authorized hospital, clinic, or medical supplier upon receipt of official proforma invoices. Funds are never transferred to personal accounts.
